Background

Fang Yao died after a couple pushed her into traffic. An Underworld Emissary’s mistake prevented her from returning to her original life, so the King of Hell placed her soul in another woman’s body and assigned the emissary to supervise her 5.

The body’s original owner had lost her parents, been raised by her grandfather, and taken sleeping pills after his death. She chose to follow him into reincarnation, leaving Fang Yao with her memories and circumstances 5. Those circumstances included a marriage to Bo Hanmo, arranged and registered by their grandfathers shortly before the original owner’s grandfather died. Fang Yao initially sought a divorce and financial compensation rather than remain with a husband she had never chosen 1 3 5.

She is quick to fight when provoked, but her reluctance to get involved does not keep her from helping people in danger. She organizes survival training for friends she believes are doomed, rescues Shao Ya, and gives Wu Xiaoxi practical support after learning about her exploitation 48 97 123.
