At the Slytherin table, Sylvia finally raised her head from the remains of her roast potato. The blush had yet to leave her cheeks. She cleared her throat, trying to sound normal.

"So when were you... you know... going to ask?"

Will thought for a moment. "Probably... before the ball starts?"

Sylvia's eyes widened. "Aren't you afraid someone else will ask me first?"

Will raised an eyebrow. "Would you say yes?"

Will just smiled and headed upstairs. He wanted to check on the Felix Felicis. He also needed to put more work into Transfiguration and Dark Magic this year and build up his experience.
