"Hey, there's another door over here." Fred spotted another door across the room at once. "So that leads to the eighth floor, right?"

"Of course. The Seventh Floor, Eighth Floor, and Ninth Floor are connected, as are the fourth, fifth, and sixth. The second and Third Floor are connected, while the first floor only leads to the seventh," Will explained.

"What a strange layout."

"There's a reason for it." Will pushed the door open and led everyone onto the stairs leading straight to the eighth floor. "The seventh and eighth floors are our recreation areas—for the top twenty senior members, that is. The fourth, fifth, and sixth are for the regular members who join later. As for the second and Third Floor, I don't want to spoil the surprise yet. We'll take a look in a bit, but you'll like them."

As they spoke, they reached the eighth floor.

Everyone found that it was quite small and very familiar. Overall, it was essentially the High Tower's old Third Floor, expanded by less than twenty percent, with much the same decor. Will had made very few changes, and everyone was pleased. After all, this was the place they felt most at home.

Still, it was hard to imagine that this space and the enormous hall beneath their feet were different floors of the same building. The Weasleys, of course, showed little surprise.

"Is this the kitchen?" Ron glanced toward a new room off to one side and spotted the stove and pots inside.

"Yes. I also added a room in there for Anco to rest in." Will looked toward the rather unattractive Anco, who was trailing at the back of the group. "Want to take a look at your room?"

"Mr. B-Behrens, Anco is so touched..." Tears filled Anco's tennis-ball-sized eyes,
