At the dinner table, Mr. Weasley sat beside Ginny, telling his family what he knew:
"The Death Eaters attacked Diagon Alley last night.
It was very bad. Diagon Alley came under a large-scale attack, and quite a few shops were burned down or blown up.
I went to the scene. George and Fred's shop was among them. A large section was blown apart, and the interior suffered some damage too.
But the one bit of luck in all this was that they came home last night. Neither of them was hurt."
"That's good enough. As long as they're all right." Mrs. Weasley breathed a sigh of relief.
Hearing this, Harry exchanged a glance with Ron—they had both been to Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, and they had to admit that George and Fred had done a wonderful job with the place.
Harry felt miserable. They had poured their hearts into Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, and the Weasley family had always treated him so well. He wanted to do something for them.
Still, all he could really do was contribute money—Harry made up his mind to talk to the Twins that evening and offer some money toward repairing Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes.

"However, they told me they probably won't be coming home for a while." Mr. Weasley shook his head. "They're going to stay at the shop and rebuild it."
"Absolutely not! I'm going to bring them home right now!" Mrs. Weasley immediately started to rise, but Mr. Weasley held her back.
Mr. Weasley shook his head. "Molly, they and Will poured their hearts into that place. Let them stay and look after it. Even if you go, they won't come back."
