True Infinite Cage
Beneath the High Tower, Will was working on the situation. With his skill, the entire Underground Space of the High Tower was reinforced in no time.
This area has now become a solid stone structure, and Will has reinforced the foundation of the High Tower again; he doesn't want the area beneath the High Tower to remain empty.
Underground, there was already a stone hut. Will set it up as an underground Laboratory and crammed all the prisoners from the Laboratory cells into it.
Will did all of this while Harry was on his way to the Headmaster's Office —the whole process actually took very little time.
The Apparition in the Laboratory, Transfiguration the experimental subject, and brought it back to the underground Laboratory, all within a few seconds.
While Dumbledore with something for Harry, Will naturally wanted to resolve some potential problems.
To his shame, he had long believed that Dumbledore completely trusted him, but now he realized that Dumbledore's bad habits were hard to shake.
After reinforcing the Underground Space again, Will returned to the High Tower. Then, after Dumbledore left, he repaired the underground area of High Tower.
On Saturday afternoon, Will simply spent the afternoon reading inside the High Tower...
Sunday morning, just as dawn was breaking.
Hogwarts was still shrouded in a gray-blue mist, and the faint light from the horizon seeped through the windows into the Corridor, where it was trampled underfoot by Will had just come out of the Room of Requirement.
The Castle was quiet in the early morning; even many of the portraits were still asleep.
When Will arrived at the Office, Dumbledore was already waiting for him—perhaps old people just need less sleep.
"Ah, Will, let me finish my breakfast before we go." Dumbledore held a large piece of honey cake in his hand.
Only Dumbledore could afford such a sweet breakfast.
Will played with Fawkes for a while—this Phoenix, who was usually unusually aloof to others, had recently become increasingly clingy to Will.
Knowing he wouldn't see Will for a long time, Fawkes even leaned on Will's shoulder the whole time when Dumbledore finished breakfast and was about to go to Nurmengard with Will.
Dumbledore tried to persuade him several times, but Fawkes, who was usually obedient and well-behaved, now acted like he was going through a rebellious phase and refused to leave Will no matter what.
Therefore, Dumbledore had no choice but to agree to let Fawkes go with them to Nurmengard.
Somewhere in Austria, a dark fortress stands atop a steep mountain, its shadow appearing like a giant piece of Rock growing out of the gloomy sky.
The Tower pierced straight up to the gray sky—it would have been even more frightening if it weren't for the warm yellow light emanating from the windows at the very top of the Tower.
Will and Dumbledore walked through the archway inscribed with " For the For the Greater Good."
The two went up the dimly lit stairs to the top floor.
Once you open the door, the atmosphere inside is like two completely different worlds from the outside.
The neatly made bed was covered with a thick blanket, and a bookshelf stood at the head of the bed, filled with various books.
A few lamps cast a warm glow over the room, and a slightly bitter aroma filled the entire space.
Grindelwald was sitting by the window drinking Coffee, with rolling clouds and distant mountain ridges visible outside.
Hmm... it feels like a peaceful and idyllic life—who would have thought Grindelwald's current lifestyle is like this?
"Hey, Al, Will, you're finally early!" Grindelwald, his physique now even more robust, turned to the two of them. "Want to try my Coffee?"
"Add more sugar," Dumbledore said.
"I knew it," Grindelwald said, directing the Coffee pot to make Coffee for Dumbledore with his Wand, then looked at Fawkes on Will's shoulder with some confusion, "Why did you bring this little guy along?"
Dumbledore's face darkened—how was this supposed to be explained? That Fawkes was completely disobedient and only liked to cling to Will?
He thought for a moment, "I won't be going back to Hogwarts for a while after I leave, so it'll be more convenient for Fawkes to come with me."
While adding plenty of milk and sugar cubes to Dumbledore's Coffee, Grindelwald said, "Could it be that you don't want to be separated from Will, so you're sticking to Will?"
Dumbledore didn't say anything, but took the Coffee and sipped it.
Grindelwald's smile widened, seemingly pleased to see Dumbledore humiliated, and he turned to place a cup of Coffee in front of Will.
"You two have been quite a rare sight lately."
"I really wanted to come see you, but," Will glanced at Dumbledore, "As you know, Professor Dumbledore doesn't allow me to come alone."
"Of course I know, so let's not waste any more time. Will, what do you want to learn this time?"
"Soul Studies, perhaps," Will without any attempt to hide it.
Dumbledore's face darkened instantly, and he looked at Grindelwald, seemingly wanting to stop him.
However, Grindelwald shook his head. "My knowledge of Soul Studies isn't very high either, so I don't have anything to teach you in this area."
Will looked regretful. "Then let's talk about the Infinite Cage."
The Infinite Cage is a spatial Charms developed by Grindelwald based on the Undetectable Extension Charm. Although Will has mastered it, he hasn't used it much, but Will does have some ideas about its future development.
"Oh?" Grindelwald took a sip of Coffee. "But you've learned it all. Do you still have any questions?"
"I have some ideas for development directions," Will said, "But I haven't had time to formally implement them yet, so I wanted to discuss them with you first."
Grindelwald's eyes flashed with surprise—he had perfected the Infinite Cage, yet Will still had ways to optimize it?
Will said seriously, "The Infinite Cage now has a clear problem: Apparition can escape from it."
Although the success rate of Apparition will be reduced due to the interference of the Infinite Cage, it is not impossible to escape.
So I'm thinking, is it possible to Apparition from appearing within Infinite Cage? Only then can it be considered a true ' Infinite Cage '.
After listening, Grindelwald's face showed a thoughtful expression—this was indeed a direction for development; once successfully developed, the strength of the Infinite Cage would be further enhanced.
However, Will didn't know was that he had also considered this development direction back then. This development direction was perfect, but the only problem was that it was extremely difficult.
