After Snape threw Jerry out of his office, Jerry went to the Hospital Wing. He heard the commotion inside before he even entered.
Sure enough, Malfoy and Harry lay in neighboring beds, shouting at each other!
"Scarhead, just you wait! I'm telling my father you attacked me on purpose!"
"Malfoy, you coward! All you ever do is run crying to your daddy!"
"Enough! If either of you keeps making a racket, I'll throw him out!" Madam Pomfrey had a headache from listening to them.
"Madam Pomfrey, I want a different bed. One farther from Malfoy!"

"No. Both of you stay put!" Madam Pomfrey held up a potion. "This is the Hospital Wing. Even Headmaster Dumbledore would have to listen to me here!"
When it became clear they couldn't change beds, Malfoy threatened Harry. "Potter, if you wander over to my side tonight, I'll kick your arse!"
"Like hell you will!" Harry shot back.
Early the next morning, Jerry heard that someone else had been attacked as soon as he reached the Great Hall.
"Jerry, you heard, didn't you? Colin was attacked last night on his way to visit Harry in the Hospital Wing!" Hermione said, sounding panicked.
Jerry nodded. Colin was that first-year who idolized Harry and spent all day taking pictures of him. He'd probably photograph Harry on the toilet or in the bath if he could.
