When Jerry returned to the Slytherin Common Room, he found nearly everyone gathered there, cheering and celebrating.

"Heh, yes, exactly!" The students nodded and forced smiles. They really were celebrating for him, but... could he please leave first?

"Didn't you hear me tell you to carry on? Since none of you want to humor me, I won't stand on ceremony either." Jerry saw that no one was moving and got straight to the point. "There's something I'd like to discuss with you."

"Which kind soul among the older students put my name in the Goblet of Fire?" Jerry smiled at the seventh-years. "Don't worry, I don't mean anything by it. I just want to thank him in person! No hard feelings. Absolutely none!"

The seventh-years exchanged looks. Which one of them had been crazy enough to put this living nightmare's name in the Goblet of Fire? Judging by Jerry Green's kindly expression, whoever he caught tonight would end up black and blue all over!

Jerry took in their expressions, and his doubts only grew. Had those pests really had nothing to do with it?
