It happened in a flash. Yellow Wind Sage felt a bone-chilling gust and tried to dodge, but he was half a beat too late. Yet the next second, he appeared some distance away.

The ambushing rat demon blinked. At some point, a great skeletal dog had appeared before him. It opened its mouth, exposing dense, overlapping rows of teeth.
The big dog chomped away!
Bruce bit down, only to howl in agony as an entire mouthful of teeth shattered.
