Ch. 241Proficiency Was Still Carrying
Plot points and events
- Ying uses the Logistics Master chip to access Heavy Machinery’s satellites and cameras, revealing several ongoing battles. Chen Feng comforts her before turning to watch the footage.
- Ying admits she pursued the Holy Land because she wanted safety and a chance to live. Learning that its apparent paradise rests on the exploitation of City World residents—and is not safe after all—leaves her disillusioned. Chen Feng tries to put things in perspective by describing Cihang City, where people are repeatedly resurrected and eaten.
- One-Punch Superwoman’s Serious Punch tears away a huge section of the Oil Giant, though its enormous size helps it survive. Chen Feng concludes that size should count as a major factor in combat strength.
- The cameras show the Jujutsu Sorcerer flattened after challenging the Hundred-Ton King, following the AI Xiaoji’s disastrously wrong advice. Chen Feng stops time for one second and evacuates everyone, rescuing him. The system rewards Chen Feng, but makes him a mortal enemy of Heavy Machinery.
- Back at the Happiness Internet Cafe, the Jujutsu Sorcerer insists the fight’s first two rounds do not count and asks to be restored to normal. Chen Feng tries to bring him inside, only to be blasted away by the Savior’s massive array of forbidden-spell traps. The Savior says safe entry requires memorizing a 70,000-digit password.
- In the system space, Proficiency angrily blames the City World’s “garbage” systems for Chen Feng’s repeated setbacks.
Character developments and interactions
- Ying reveals that her dream of reaching the Holy Land was rooted in fear of sudden death. Her faith in it collapses as she recognizes its inequality and insecurity; Chen Feng’s grim account of Cihang City gives her some perspective.
- Chen Feng responds to tension with jokes and irreverence, but acts decisively to save the Jujutsu Sorcerer. He also develops a broader view of strength, recognizing size as an important advantage.
- The Jujutsu Sorcerer is reckless and prideful: even after being crushed, he claims the match does not count and asks Chen Feng to hide his embarrassing condition.
- The Savior is comically and excessively cautious, protecting the cafe with layers of traps and secrecy. His paranoia clashes with Chen Feng’s practical frustration.
- The AI Xiaoji again gives overconfident, incorrect guidance, while Proficiency vents its frustration at the system’s failures.

- Strength is multidimensional: The Oil Giant’s size lets it endure devastating force, prompting Chen Feng to add size to his list of combat attributes.
- Comedy amid danger: Dramatic rescues and lethal fights are undercut by absurd boasts, bad advice, elaborate security, and Chen Feng’s sarcastic commentary.
