Sometimes, a few jonin working together with the right combinations could rival a Kage, even if they could not kill one.

The Stone Shinobi's coordinated attacks did cause some trouble for Uchiha Yi's shadow clones. They softened the ground beneath the Susanoo's feet, for instance, or split the earth open to swallow them.
