Tsunade turned to Uchiha Yi, hoping he could give her an explanation.
"This must be the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu, right?" Orochimaru studied the two men closely before speaking.
"Yes. Shimura Danzō summoned them with the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu. He's now an S-rank Missing-nin," Uchiha Yi explained quietly. "But since they've been brought back, it's only right that you meet them, Tsunade-sensei."
"That bastard Danzo!" Tsunade clenched her fists, her teeth grinding.
If Shimura Danzō had been standing in front of her, she would have flattened him with a single punch. Tsunade was not to be underestimated now. Three or four years of continuous war had sharpened her strength considerably, and she and Orochimaru had both reached the level of a Kage.
As for whether Jiraiya had reached that level, Tsunade didn't know.
After all, she and Orochimaru had grown stronger through bloody battles. Jiraiya, meanwhile, had spent two years in the Land of Rain. No one knew whether he had grown rusty. It would have been impressive enough if he had maintained his former strength.
Of course, if Jiraiya had used that time to study Ninjutsu, refine his fighting style, and keep up his training, he might well have grown stronger too.
"Say, Yi, was the battle we sensed earlier between you and the First?" Orochimaru was interested in the reincarnated First and Second Hokage, but the earlier battle intrigued him even more.
"What you sensed was probably my battle with another faction." Uchiha Yi shook his head slightly. "I called you here partly to tell you some truths about the Shinobi World."
Then Uchiha Yi said mysteriously, "Would you like to take a look at the moon?"
"The moon?" Orochimaru recalled how brilliantly it had shone earlier. Had Uchiha Yi flown up and fought on the moon?
