Ye Chuqi paid no attention to what the people behind her did. She had said everything she needed to say; the choice was theirs. Judging by the horned horses' path, the adventurers could indeed escape, but not a single member of the caravan might survive. Since she was already standing here, lending a hand would take little effort.
The next moment, the herd of horned horses was already upon them. Whether they wanted to flee or not, it was too late. They could only follow Colin's lead and gather in front of the pack beasts, staring in terror at the roiling dust right before them. It was the commotion raised by the frenzied horned horses charging toward them. Against the impact of such a herd, how could their meager strength possibly achieve the "head-on collision" Ye Chuqi had spoken of?
They probably faced only two possible outcomes: being sent flying by the horned horses or being trampled into pulp. Neither would be a pretty sight.
By now, Ye Chuqi had walked well ahead, facing the frenzied herd head-on. Yan Jiu and Joshua stood a short distance behind her, one on either side. Their positions and bearing looked far more like a Vanguard Formation than the arrangement the adventurers had assembled.

Of course Ye Chuqi had not lost her mind. Her expression did not change in the slightest as she raised the black greatsword. Only the wind rushing toward her ruffled the bangs over her forehead, revealing a pair of calm, black eyes, like the darkest night sky after all its stars had gone out.
Her sword swept out with the force to cleave mountains and rivers, slicing through the space before her. Sword aura carried the gale with it, gathering all the
