Rubick said, "You need to give me an answer before we leave Sky Island. If you want it, I'll get it for you."
Mary asked, "Rubick, is the Rumble-Rumble Fruit on Sky Island?"
"That's right. It's why I came here."
As CP agents, they knew just how powerful the Rumble-Rumble Fruit was. Anyone who ate it could become a formidable fighter.
Nami answered at once. "Of course I want it! Why would I turn down a free Devil Fruit? If I eat it, I can run away the next time we're in danger. I always have to rely on you guys, and it never feels safe."
Rubick ignored her and called out to the others. "Luffy, time to go!"

Rubick asked, "Want to see the new ability I copied?"

Rubick stretched his right hand toward Luffy. "Black Vortex!"
A pulling force seized Luffy and dragged him back onto the ship, straight into Rubick's right hand.
"What? Old man, I can't use my rubber powers!"
"That's right," Rubick said. "Blackbeard's Dark-Dark Fruit can pull in Devil Fruit users. It can even grab the physical bodies of Logia users directly. And once I've got hold of someone, they can't use their Devil Fruit powers."
Rubick put Luffy down and used Black Vortex on Chopper. Before their eyes, Chopper turned into a reindeer in Rubick's hand.
His true form was laid bare.
