Rubick gave a sinister smile. "No problem. We'll catch him, give him a sex-change operation, and sell him to a bar as a worker. I'm no monster, after all."
"What?!"
Iceburg and the Franky Family shuddered in unison. Even Luffy and the others couldn't stomach it.
The Franky Family's underlings erupted in anger. "Even our boss isn't as twisted as you!"
"Ahem."
Iceburg cleared his throat. "Franky is actually my junior apprentice. Straw Hat Pirates, your ship can't sail any farther. Let me put everything I have into building you a new one."
"That's not enough!"
Iceburg hurried on. "Wait. Franky used that money to buy an incredible keel made from the heartwood of Treasure Tree Adam. We'll use it to build your ship. My master built the Pirate King's ship, you know. I can build one of that caliber too."
"Awesome!"
Stars lit up Luffy's, Usopp's, and Chopper's eyes.
Kokoro rapped her bottle against the train and grumbled, "Can you talk business later? Aqua Laguna's almost here. If we don't leave now, Robin and Franky might be tried and locked up in Impel Down. Then it'll be too late."
Luffy shouted, "All right, everyone aboard!"
The group scrambled onto the train. Rubick stuck his head out and called to Iceburg, "A first-rate ship needs a first-rate shipwright. Get Franky to join our crew!"
Iceburg wiped the sweat from his brow. "I'll do my best to persuade him!"
The whistle blew, and the train with a great shark for its engine finally started, charging out of the warehouse. It plunged into the sea from a height of over ten meters. Instead of sinking, it slowly moved forward.
"We're coming too!"
The Franky Family's underlings rode a huge round boat pulled by two Bulls, horse-headed fish that resembled plesiosaurs. They fired
