The lower district was the trading quarter, home to the Skyport serving Sky Country and the Seaport serving other islands.

A year earlier, the Three-Nation Allied Forces had driven every pirate off Jaya Island, and the flag of Sky Country had flown over it ever since. With so few people, development was concentrated in the west, while several watchtowers had been built in the east.
