Thanks to Rubick's successful marketing, Sky Brand Cigarettes sold remarkably well in the All Blue. Coconut Canned Goods were another hit. Their intense sweetness made them suitable as everyday drinks, and they could also be processed into Sweet Wine.
Sweet Wine could replace Rum as a source of vitamins, but limited supplies made it particularly expensive.

Rubick explained, "That's our New City District. Those workers all came from Alabasta. Without them, we couldn't have built the city so quickly."
Hancock said, "I remember Sky Country doesn't have a large population. Aren't these residential areas too big? Most of the homes are empty."
"You're right," Rubick said, "but our population is growing rapidly. Ours isn't the only Sky Island in this vast sky. My people have brought in many Skypieans from nearby islands. Who wouldn't want a better life and a safer place to live?"
The car stopped outside the district. Construction was underway everywhere inside, sending dust into the air.
Kalifa said, "Let's visit the Racetrack on the southern bay next. The district is still under construction, so there isn't much to see."

The Racetrack had been Rubick's idea. Clouds filled the crescent-shaped bay to the south, and at his direction, the Minister of Industry, Pagaya, had designed and produced a batch of high-performance Cloud Cars.
