Rubick said, "Wait until tomorrow. Then you'll know where I stand and what upheaval is about to sweep the world."
Hawk-Eye didn't object. He invited Rubick into the Castle for afternoon tea, but Rubick declined. After saying he would return tomorrow, he went to find Neptune.
Moving Fish-Man Island was simple. With his current strength, Rubick could create a Portal large enough to encompass the entire island.
That afternoon, Rubick transported all of Fish-Man Island to the coast of Jaya Island.
Neptune surveyed their surroundings. "This is Jaya Island?"
"That's right," Rubick said. "Alabasta lies to the south, and my Sky Country is overhead. Miracle Sakura Kingdom is a few days farther south. I suggest finding a place in the nearby waters to establish a new Fish-Man Island."
Floating in the sea, Neptune extended his right hand. "Thank you, Your Majesty Rubick. Once I find a suitable location nearby, I'll have to trouble you to move Fish-Man Island again."
"I will. It's no trouble."
Rubick shook Neptune's hand, sealing a deep friendship between their two nations.
Neptune had agreed to establish a new Fish-Man Island because Rubick had already discussed an alliance with him. Rubick had also stressed that once war broke out with the World Government, Fish-Man Island would be caught in it.
For his country's sake, Neptune had accepted Rubick's proposal. Away from that dangerous place, Fish-Man Island was clearly poised for rapid, stable development.
