Rubick smiled. He had copied Dragon's Devil Fruit: the Zoan-type Human-Human Fruit, Mythical Zoan model, Wind God Form.
Controlling wind was its basic ability. Dragon had developed it to the point where he could influence the weather. Of course, the most convenient part was being able to fly. After all, there were only a handful of Devil Fruits in the entire world that granted flight.
And the ability to summon wind and rain would be enormously helpful on the Straw Hat Pirates' next adventure. If all went as expected, their next enemy would be a Sand-Sand Fruit user.
Everyone knew that, aside from the luck of being the protagonist, the main reason Luffy had beaten Crocodile was that water countered the Sand-Sand Fruit's Elemental Form. At the time, Luffy had been covered in blood and used it to counter the fruit's power.
If Rubick was there when Luffy fought Crocodile, he could simply bring down a rainstorm. That would settle the fight.
