Ignis discussed NESTS' development with Goenitz while speaking to Misty remotely.
The focus of their expansion would shift toward the Sea Area east of the Kronos Kingdom.
Besides the trading company, they could move some smaller operations into the Sea Area ruled by Goenitz and establish production bases and secret factories there.
But they had to take it one step at a time.
They could also sell certain specialty products around the world.
By now, NESTS had developed several products with considerable commercial value.
With two top Scientists working for him, Ignis could count on them to come up with something useful.
For example, body armor and helmets made primarily from special fibers had given Hive Technology, a NESTS subsidiary, a foothold in the arms industry.
There was plenty more they could develop, but the Kronos Kingdom already covered most of it. NESTS could not compete head-on.
As a prince of the Kronos Kingdom, Ignis knew that the kingdom had more than ten thousand research projects. Its annual research funding alone exceeded a hundred billion Beli.
Body armor and helmets were among the few products the Kronos Kingdom had not touched.
Most people on the seas were ordinary. The strong might see little use for such equipment.
But in Sea Areas where overall strength was lower, especially the Four Seas, it could make a tremendous difference in wars between kingdoms.
