"None. These three seem to have appeared out of thin air. Even the World Government's intelligence agencies have nothing on them."
"Could they be from another hidden faction? Or a superpower?"
Sengoku frowned as he speculated.
He hated the feeling of losing control like this. A top-tier monster appearing out of nowhere could have far-reaching effects on the seas.
