I Must Win Over Ryuuzaki Eiji Immediately

Seeing Eiji like that, Tsunade lost heart. She turned to Kushina and Nawaki, who were still fiddling with balloons.

"You're just going to teach others the Ninjutsu you worked so hard to develop? That kind of power is obviously high-level Ninjutsu. You're really okay with it?"

Eiji shrugged and said indifferently, "I don't mind. This Ninjutsu only suits people with enormous Chakra reserves or exceptional Taijutsu. Anyone else would just hurt themselves using it. I've only taught it to Minato and those two."

Normally, the technique couldn't be thrown. Adding a change in Chakra nature would make that possible, but it would drive the Chakra cost even higher. The effort simply wasn't worth it.

In the original story, given Minato Namikaze's selfless nature, Eiji figured he would have handed the Rasengan over to the village. Yet in all the years after his death, only Jiraiya and his son Naruto had been able to use it.

That said plenty. The Ninjutsu had to be hard to learn or impractical to use!

It required either vast Chakra reserves, the Flying Thunder God, or a change in nature. Otherwise, it was a useless technique that would get its user killed, with no value in a real fight.

That was why he'd taught it to Kushina and Nawaki. One came from the Uzumaki Clan and the other from the Senju Clan. Neither was an ordinary clan, so they were bound to have enough Chakra.

As for Minato, Eiji couldn't say for sure. From what he'd seen in the original story, Minato hadn't seemed short on Chakra. Maybe the Namikaze Clan was born with larger reserves than most!

Eiji himself had no objections, so neither did Tsunade.

Still, to be safe, Tsunade gave them a warning.

They're filthy rich! Eiji wanted to live here forever. So this is what the decadent aristocracy of the old days had it like?

In truth, he was a god in the kitchen. He could make not only Little Chef's dishes but also perfect replicas of those featured in Food Wars! His only disappointment was that the food in Food Wars! didn't glow.
