Although the Heavenly Dao of Star Sea Heaven and Earth had also evolved from the Cosmic Plane's Heavenly Dao, it had only been in a more nascent state at the time.

To the Cosmic Plane's Heavenly Dao, whether the Heavenly Dao of Star Sea Heaven and Earth existed had no effect whatsoever. Thus, whatever the Heavenly Dao of Star Sea Heaven and Earth did...
