Yuan Laosan looked hesitant. He knew better than anyone what these things were worth. Forget ten spirit stones—even everything on his stall put together probably wasn't worth three low-grade spirit stones.
His constant swindling had given Yuan Laosan a bad reputation, and he hadn't made a sale in ages. Now that someone had finally asked a price, he couldn't help wavering.

Not far away, Qin Hao and the Cloudwing Beast had watched the whole exchange.
"Chirp, chirp." The Cloudwing Beast chirped softly beside Qin Hao's ear, a hint of excitement in its keen eyes.
