Qin Hao put away the True Dragon Skeleton and spoke softly to the Cloudwing Beast. He was just about to leave when a jade plaque at the other end of the skeleton caught his attention.
The jade plaque was conspicuous, giving off a faint glow.
More importantly, the character "Fang" was engraved on it!
"What is this?"
Qin Hao beckoned, and the jade plaque immediately appeared in his hand. He examined it but found nothing noteworthy. Not bothering with it any further, he put it straight into his Storage Spirit Ring.
Fang Lang saw every moment of this clearly.
"The token! It's my Fang Family Token!"
Fang Lang was beside himself with excitement. "I knew the token was in this limestone cave! Wonderful! But I need to find a way to get it from Qin Hao."
Fang Lang's eyes darted about as his mind raced.
Qin Hao knew nothing of Fang Lang's thoughts.
He swept his gaze over the limestone cave once more. Finding nothing else, he turned with the Cloudwing Beast and headed upward.
Passages led off in every direction, and True Martial Realm Experts from the Soul-Severing Sect were still inside them. Qin Hao had no desire to be surrounded the moment he stepped outside.
He therefore planned to leave through the opening above.
A restriction covered the top of the limestone cave as well, and above that restriction lay the mountain's summit.
Once he left Dragon Refining Mountain, Qin Hao planned to pass straight through the formation with the Cloudwing Beast and get far away immediately.
