Qin Hao looked up. Five blades gleaming faintly in midair were hurtling straight toward him.
Every blade carried immensely powerful Sword Qi!
"What's going on? Why are these Heaven Grade Treasure Swords suddenly attacking me?" Qin Hao was baffled.
The five swords were formidable, but they were attacking on their own. Even an ordinary warrior at the second or third layer of the Saint Martial Realm could have blocked them.
A weapon wielded by someone and one acting on its own were worlds apart in power.
What truly puzzled Qin Hao was why the swords had attacked him at all.
For more than a month, he and the swords in the Sword Grotto had left each other alone, without a single clash.
Weapons had occasionally flown past him and struck in his direction by accident. But that was nothing like these five swords deliberately changing course and coming straight for him.

As the five swords closed in, Qin Hao thrust out his right hand. It became a palm of destruction that reached straight for them.

Five dull impacts rang out as the swords struck the palm at once. Ripples surged across it, and the blades actually cut away a little of the Destructive Qi.
"Stop!"
At Qin Hao's low shout, a torrent of Destructive Qi engulfed all five swords.
Surrounded by such dense Destructive Qi, the swords began to tremble.
As though they had encountered something terrifying, they hovered motionless.
Qin Hao's expression did not change, though curiosity flashed in his eyes. He swept his Spiritual Sense over the five swords.
Each contained Sword Qi. Apart from their high grade, they seemed no different from ordinary swords.
"These five swords are Heaven Grade.
