The next instant, an incomparably terrifying force erupted where the two Setting Sun Swords met. On one side was the pure power of the Earth Doppelganger's Sword; on the other, Destruction, vitality, and Half-Step Time Laws had been gathered together.
At their point of contact, space hissed as though some dreadful force were corroding it. Then another force seemed to mend it, while the flow of time inexplicably shifted.
It was utterly bizarre!
Yet every change eventually subsided. A terrifying Destructive Power had cut straight through the other forces.
Everything fell still!

Three muffled grunts rang out. The three Guardians' expressions changed as they shot backward.
Qin Hao's expression shifted slightly too, and he retreated. But after only a dozen or so steps, he steadied himself.
If one person had layered all his power together, I might not have withstood it. But power layered by three people... Even when their powers share the same nature, there are gaps between them. That made the strike vicious, but far weaker than my Earth Doppelganger's Sword after my Destruction Laws broke through!
More importantly... A sharp light flashed in Qin Hao's eyes. They need time to layer their powers like that. They can't do it at will. Now that I've blocked that strike, I won't let them unleash another.
At a thought, Qin Hao stepped forward and used Near at Hand, Far Away, appearing before the three in an instant.
"Not good! Fall back!"
The three were alarmed. They knew there was no time to unleash that vicious strike again. In fact, if they had not used it, Qin Hao's Earth Doppelganger's Sword would have killed all three of them.
