• Mu Ziqing asked Xu Hongying to watch for new Disciples who practiced the Nine Swords of the Azure Lotus, then offered to check her Cultivation; Xu Hongying fled down the mountain.

• Xiahou Lie announced that the disciples had one month to collect Myriad Phenomena Tokens on Clearheart Island, where killing was permitted, and described the rewards for the top twenty.

Yuan Kun arrived and identified it as the Body-Refining Cave, whose trials rewarded successful challengers with increased physical strength, leaving the crowd eager to try it.

• Qin Hao defeated the second and third Humanoid Puppets, greatly strengthening his Sword Force and mastering Three Swords more easily.
• A fourth, much stronger Humanoid Puppet appeared and attacked Qin Hao, who charged back into battle to comprehend Sword Force.

• The wounded Cloudwing Beast crashed down, killing several Lei family disciples and pinning the others with its pressure.
• Qin Hao used his Sword Force to resist the beast’s pressure and fled into the Dense Forest as a gust from its wings sped him along.
• Lei Yun recognized the beast as a Cloudwing Beast and ordered everyone to wait for it to die, hoping to find its cub.
• After the Cloudwing Beast died, Lei Yun and the others butchered its corpse, then set out to search for the cub.

As Lei Yun’s group and other geniuses converged on the canyon, Qin Hao entered the Dense Forest, where Tang Bingyan and Deng Mingxuan spotted him.

• Qin Hao killed two attackers with one sword strike, then forced the survivor to reveal that Lei Yun had ordered the area sealed off to capture a Cloudwing Beast Cub.
