Qin Hao and his companions were trapped in the Great Gang Hidden Land when the Undying Lord broke free and began devouring everyone. Qin Hao consumed the Lord’s Devouring Soul, giving Gang Juezi and the Skyward Gang Sect’s remnant souls a chance to strike as the weakened Undying Lord fled.

• Chen Jianqing reached the Ninth Layer of Saint Martial Realm, then lost his right arm protecting Mu Ziqing and Ji Yue from Jiao Hong until Qin Hao arrived and wounded Jiao Hong with the Lingxiao Divine Sword.
• Qin Hao recovered with Undying Grass, while Immortal Dew of Undying restored Chen Jianqing’s arm, and the group discovered Shi Ye fighting Jiao Hong and others near the Floating Pavilion.
• Shi Ye entered the Floating Pavilion, triggering a shockwave of the Way of Immortality that trapped everyone as the Undying Lord emerged from Gang Juezi’s body and declared he would devour them.
• Jiao Hong and Shi Yan, Shi Haiqing, and Shi Qian submitted to the Undying Lord, who began killing the trapped martial grandmasters and targeted Qin Hao and Mu Ziqing.

Qin Hao suppressed the Undying Lord, inherited Gang Juezi’s legacy, and escaped the collapse of the Skyward Gang Hidden Land with Mu Ziqing. At the Hundred Immortals Palace, he recovered his Martial Soul and discovered a powerful woman and a Star Region inside the Supreme Sword Tower.

• Qin Hao used the Supreme Sword Tower to draw in the Undying Lord, then created a Devouring Doppelganger while Gang Juezi and the others waited to learn the Lord’s fate.
• Gang Juezi’s Remnant Souls killed five Shi Family attackers, and Qin Hao awoke after completing his Devouring Doppelganger and told Gang Juezi he had devoured the Undying Lord’s Devouring Soul.
• Gang Juezi gave Qin Hao the Skyward Gang Sect’s treasures and asked him to rebuild the sect, and Qin Hao agreed to take a disciple before Gang Juezi faded away.
• As the Great Gang Hidden Land collapsed, Qin Hao pursued and killed Shi Qian, Shi Haiqing, Shi Yan, Jiao Hong, and others before escaping with Mu Ziqing.

Qin Hao left Mu Ziqing behind to refine the Undying Phoenix Remnant Soul and traveled to the Central Continent, where he defeated Han Xu and began challenging the Heaven-Piercing Tower. His breakthroughs carried him through the tower’s early floors and into the Eleventh Layer, where Earth's Wrath advanced and let him overcome powerful guardians.

• Mu Ziqing defeated Meng Jieling, then told Qin Hao she needed six months to refine the Undying Phoenix Remnant Soul and sent him ahead to the Central Continent with Spirit Stones.
• Han Xu blocked Qin Hao near Nanyang City and demanded his Azure Flame Sect Inner Gate Disciple Token, but Qin Hao defeated him and continued toward the Central Continent.
• Qin Hao arrived in the Holy City, learned how the Heaven-Piercing Azure Mountain chambers and tower worked, and entered the Heaven-Piercing Tower to earn cultivation discounts.
• Qin Hao rapidly cleared the tower’s first six floors, then used the Winged Dragon challenges on the Seventh and Eighth Floors to improve Near at Hand, Far Away.
• Qin Hao escaped the Ninth Floor’s Heavenly Net formation by chaining and redirecting teleports, greatly extending his movement range before killing the Black-Winged Wyverns.

He cleared the Seventeenth Floor, failed to pass the Eighteenth, and returned to refining a powerful new sword move.

• Qin Hao used the Great Heavenly Dipper Art and the Setting Sun Sword to clear the Thirteenth through Sixteenth Floors, then fell to three copies of himself on the Seventeenth Floor.
• Major factions offered Qin Hao discipleship, resources, and Sacred Land cultivation, but he refused to sever ties with the Myriad Phenomena Hall.
