Masks, Cloaks, and Codenames: Electrocution of a Shark

After quietly leaving Kakashi and the others, Naruto's true body headed straight for where he sensed Kisame and Itachi's true bodies.

Along the way, he changed his appearance into that of a tall, middle-aged man.

Then he used the Flying Thunder God Technique to travel to Yukigakure and brought Kurama Yakumo, Karin, Yuki Haku, and Neji back one by one.

"Here, Naruto. I made these for our organization myself!" Karin handed him a mask and a cloak.

Naruto took a look. The mask had a white base, with various fierce-looking faces painted across it.

But they looked less like demons than statues of gods in a temple, ready to slay demons and drive out evil!

The cloak had a wide, high collar and the same cut as an Akatsuki cloak, but its red background and black clouds were the exact opposite of Akatsuki's colors.

Karin, Kurama Yakumo, and the other two were already wearing theirs.

"Not bad! We're going up against Akatsuki, after all! Haha!" Naruto laughed and praised Karin:

"You did well."

"But once we've put on our masks, never call each other by our real names!"

Naruto put on his cloak and mask, then spoke to the four of them in a serious tone:

"One of Akatsuki's members is extraordinarily good at hiding and scouting. Only Neji, with his Byakugan activated, and I can sense him!"

The four sobered at once and nodded.

"My codename is [Asura]."

"Karin's is [Sealing Healer]." She excelled at Sealing Jutsu and Medical Ninjutsu.

"Yakumo's is [Ido]." After all, the Psychic Monster Ido had taken over her mind.

"Neji's is [Wings]." He had broken free of the Caged Bird Seal.

"Haku's is [Glacier]." That one was obvious.

"Good. Let's go! Time for our organization's first mission!"
