After finally learning the Eight Gates Released Formation, Naruto began savoring the thrill of opening the first and second gates.
The first gate: the Gate of Opening.
It lifted the brain's limits, allowing the body to use its full strength while burning through energy to boost power and speed.
The second gate: the Gate of Healing.
It lifted the limits imposed by fatigue, drawing on the body's energy to restore stamina and offset the exhaustion caused by opening the first gate.
With the second gate open, Naruto felt as though he could run a hundred laps around Konoha without getting tired.
Of course, that was just an illusion.
In reality, his speed and strength doubled, and he could attack at full force for ten minutes without feeling fatigued.
It was a burst of power, though, and it left his body aching afterward.
Even so, in a ninja battle where life and death could be decided in a second, opening two gates was already a useful technique.
Having mastered another skill, Naruto itched to find an enemy and put it to the test in a fight to the death.
Unfortunately, Might Guy and Rock Lee left the village the next day.
Team Hinata was also heading out on another mission, this time to Hoshigakure in the Land of Bears.
The ninja village owed its existence entirely to a meteorite that had fallen there long ago.

Only the leaders of the Five Great Shinobi Villages were entitled to the title of Kage. But the ninja of Hoshigakure were convinced that the Fallen Star Stone would make their home the sixth great
