Kurotsuchi wiped the tears from her face with her sleeve, but more kept welling up.
She seemed to grow even more anxious and pressed her sleeve over her eyes. "Ah, Master, wait a second! I'll stop crying in a moment!"
Uchiha Yin couldn't help smiling at how adorable she looked.
"All right, all right. I'll wait. Don't rush. Let's head back first."
With that, he hoisted Kurotsuchi onto his shoulder.
"Mm, okay. Let's go back."
Kurotsuchi's voice still caught between sobs as she buried her face in his shoulder.
As Uchiha Yin felt his shoulder growing damp, he sighed inwardly.

He could only pat Kurotsuchi on the back and carry her home.
By the time they reached the door, Kurotsuchi had gone quiet on his shoulder.

"If I hadn't woken you, you might have slept on my shoulder all day. We're here!"
