Samui sounded perfectly serious, but only she knew how much of her request came from selfish motives.
Uchiha Yin frowned slightly, and Samui tensed at once. Had she asked for too much?
She had no answer. Her heart was all over the place.
What Uchiha Yin said next, though, wiped any trace of a smile from her face.
Still frowning, he said with a troubled look, "But I don't have anything for you to do. I've left all the Hokage's work to Minato!"
Samui was speechless. So he really did have an Acting Hokage.
If that's the case, isn't the task impossible to complete? she thought.
And she had no desire to find out what the penalty for failure was.
Gritting her teeth, she said, "There must be something you need someone else to do. Whatever it is, leave it to me. I'll take care of it!"
