For a moment, Uchiha Yin felt a sharp pang of guilt. "Don't worry, I'm not lying to you!" He pulled Sakura Haruno down to sit beside him. "What do you think a squad needs?"
Sakura Haruno hadn't expected that question. She held back her tears and gave it serious thought.
They hadn't learned about squad composition at the Ninja Academy, but since the last battle, Sakura Haruno had thought about it on her own.
After a pause, she said, "I think a squad needs a sensory Ninja, a leader, and a Medical Ninja!"

Mindful of Sakura Haruno's feelings, Uchiha Yin didn't ask her outright. Instead, he said calmly, "What kind of Ninja do you think Tsunade is?"
Sakura Haruno stared at him, struggling to keep up with her teacher's sudden change of subject. Still, she answered earnestly, "Lady Tsunade is an incredible Ninja. A lot of us girls look up to her!"

"Of course I would!" Sakura Haruno answered without hesitation. "Lady Tsunade is amazing!"
Uchiha Yin nodded. "Sakura, I've been observing the three of you lately. Hinata handles sensory work, and between you and Ino, you have finer Chakra control. So I'd like you to become the squad's Medical Ninja!"
