He reached into the Ninja Tool Pouch behind him, took out a Scroll, and placed it in Anko's hand. "Take a look!" Anko opened it and read it carefully, then asked in confusion, "This is the plan for the Chunin Ninja Exams? Why are you showing it to me?"
Uchiha Yin smiled and pointed to the second item. "I want you to be an examiner!" Delight spread across Mitaraishi Anko's face. "Master Yin, really?" she asked, hardly able to believe it.
She had been a Jonin for a long time, but everyone knew how important the Chunin Ninja Exams were. Being chosen as an examiner was an acknowledgment of her abilities—and Uchiha Yin had chosen her himself. How could she not be happy?
Uchiha Yin gave a helpless smile. "It's true. Do you want to do it?" He doubted Anko would refuse, but he asked anyway to make sure it was what she wanted.
Anko nodded vigorously, her face alight. "Of course I do! I'll do a great job!" She lifted her chin with a proud look, and Uchiha Yin could only smile at her.
Chapter 842: Settled
Mitaraishi Anko looked at Uchiha Yin's smile, utterly content. With that adorable grin on her face, there was no trace of her usual fiery, overbearing manner.
Uchiha Yin stood across from her, smiling indulgently. He wanted to stay with Anko longer, but for once, he remembered that he still had important things to do. He gave her an apologetic look.
