Gekko Hayate watched Uchiha Yin walk away and sighed helplessly. After coughing twice, he went back to his own work.
Genma Shiranui was even more bewildered when he was informed that he would be an examiner for the Chunin Ninja Exams. He was given no chance to speak, though even if he had been, he would not have dared say anything.

Minato had been working through paperwork when a scroll suddenly rolled in front of him. Bewildered, he picked it up and opened it, only to find the plan he had drafted himself, with every entry in the examiner section already filled in.
A huge smile immediately spread across Minato Namikaze's face. He looked far more enthusiastic than he usually did when seeing Uchiha Yin. "You certainly work fast, Lord Hokage!"
Looking pleased, he turned the scroll back and forth in his hands as he examined it. He had to admit that Uchiha Yin's ability to select people was truly outstanding, 1.7, and these people were more than capable of keeping the upcoming Chunin Ninja Exams under control.
"That wraps everything up. All we have to do now is wait for those kids to arrive!" Looking relaxed, he put the scroll in a drawer beside him.
But Uchiha Yin seemed determined not to let Minato Namikaze relax. He said cryptically, "You're being far too optimistic. Just wait and watch the show!"
Minato Namikaze looked unimpressed. He nodded in acknowledgment, then stopped paying attention to Uchiha Yin and focused on the work in his hands.
