If Tsunade was truly determined to take Uchiha Yin as her student, even the Senju Clan could not stop her.

After all, Tobirama Senju had defied everyone's objections to take Kagami Uchiha as his student, hadn't he?

That precedent would leave no room for criticism and could help improve relations between the Uchiha Clan and Konoha.

Hiruzen Sarutobi began to consider Tsunade's intentions.

Unlike Kushina Uzumaki, whom he barely knew, Hiruzen Sarutobi believed he understood Tsunade's character.

Had Tsunade made this decision because of Kushina Uzumaki? She did seem rather fond of her.

Hiruzen Sarutobi could think of no deeper reason, so that was the conclusion he reached.

As for the possibility that this was some plan by the Senju Clan, Hiruzen Sarutobi knew Tsunade too well to believe it.

Tsunade would never take orders from those people in the Senju Clan.

"I said I want to become the master of that Uchiha Yin."

"He's one of the Uchiha Doves and comes from Kagami Uchiha's line. There's no problem with me taking him as my student, is there?"

Tsunade offered no explanation. She simply stated what she wanted.

Just as Hiruzen Sarutobi knew his student Tsunade well, Tsunade knew her master. She understood that even if she said nothing, Hiruzen Sarutobi would come up with an explanation on his own. There was no need to make excuses; he would surely find a reason for her.

"Oh, and one more thing. I don't want Yin, Kushina Uzumaki, or me bothered by anyone else, so there's no need to send ANBU to follow us. I'll take Kushina Uzumaki as my student too."

Tsunade suddenly remembered the urgent mission. She waved a hand and continued.

A look of understanding crossed Hiruzen Sarutobi's face, and he agreed.

Of course. Tsunade only wants to protect Kushina Uzumaki. Uchiha Yin is probably just an afterthought.

Hiruzen Sarutobi had no idea that Kushina Uzumaki was the one Tsunade had added at the last minute.

She had done it solely to keep Hiruzen Sarutobi from growing suspicious.

Chapter 11: Let's Go Home Together

Tsunade breathed a sigh of relief when Hiruzen Sarutobi agreed.

But the urgent mission still had not been completed, which puzzled her. Could another faction be watching Uchiha Yin from the shadows? What a headache!

Tsunade felt a headache coming on.

Meanwhile, in a dark corner of Konoha, a man with a bandage over his right eye and a long sword strapped to his back listened to a subordinate's report.

The man was Danzo.

An ambitious man who wanted to become Hokage, he could hardly ignore matters concerning the Hokage and the Jinchūriki.

Danzo had therefore assigned someone to watch Kushina Uzumaki early on.

Now he was listening to a report on her movements that day.

"Uchiha Yin? Kushina Uzumaki?"

Shimura Danzō's left eye snapped open.
