Uchiha Yin was a little surprised—and a little pleased with himself.
If Rin and Kurenai confessed to him, he could understand it. He had made a good impression on them at the apprentice ceremony, so naturally they liked him.
But with Shizune, it was purely his own charm.
Today was the first time he had ever met her, and she had fallen for him at first sight.
"Ahem. Shizune has big ambitions too, huh? Becoming a woman like Tsunade won't be easy. You'll have to work hard." Uchiha Yin patted Shizune on the head.
"Yes, senior," Shizune replied.
"Normally, we'd start with a fight to test each of your abilities..." Uchiha Yin drew out his words, and all three girls tensed at once.
Truthfully, none of them had done particularly well in the Ninja Academy's practical combat classes.
They were still young. At their age, students generally knew only the basic Three-Body Technique, and those with stronger Taijutsu had the advantage in practical combat.
Rin and Shizune were both working toward Medical Ninjutsu, while Kurenai was focused on Genjutsu. None of them was particularly strong at Taijutsu.
At this stage, they really weren't that strong yet.
So when they heard they would have to fight, they all grew nervous.
"But considering where you are right now, let's skip the fight." Uchiha Yin smiled, and the three girls relaxed.
"We'll skip that part. I'll give you some basic guidance instead. You can look through the Scrolls I gave you and learn some Ninjutsu within your abilities."
"Oh, right. Shizune, this is for you."
Uchiha Yin beckoned Shizune over, then took out another Space Bracelet.
Kurenai and Rin's eyes widened.
"Master Yin, didn't you say there weren't any Space Bracelets left?"
