With a casual flick of his hand, a tongue of flame appeared out of nowhere and shot toward Anko.
"Ahhh! You bastard, what are you doing?" Anko shouted, her face full of shock.
"Quiet. I'm helping you get out of those ropes..." Uchiha Yin said, covering his ears.
"Who unties ropes like that? If you don't control it properly, then—!" Anko cried anxiously.
After all, if the flame was too weak, it wouldn't burn through the ropes.
