"Wait, Rin, Anko, why did you drag me away?" Kurenai asked, sounding a little bewildered.
"Kurenai, did you want to stay there? You've got guts." Anko shot her a look, unable to hold back the remark.
"No, wait. You're not like that. Don't tell me you didn't see it?" Anko suddenly realized what might have happened.
"See what?" Kurenai asked, looking confused.
"Nothing! We didn't see anything." Anko hurried to answer, flustered.
"Right, Rin?" Anko patted Rin's shoulder, looking for an ally.
"Huh? Anko, what are you talking about? I didn't see anything." Still lost in the scene from moments ago, Rin jolted at Anko's touch. Her face reddened, and her eyes darted around unnaturally.
"Huh? You didn't see it either, Rin? Was I
