Though Hiruzen Sarutobi sounded irritated, Uchiha Yin took no offense.
"Of course I came with good news."
With that, he kicked off and settled himself on the Hokage's desk without a trace of hesitation.
Hiruzen Sarutobi looked unimpressed. "I doubt your visits ever bring good news. What do you need me to do this time?"
Hiruzen Sarutobi asked bluntly because he had no wish to go in circles with Uchiha Yin.
After all, whether he wanted to do it or not, the man before him would find some way to make him agree.
With that in mind, Hiruzen Sarutobi resigned himself to it.
Uchiha Yin gave Hiruzen Sarutobi's words some thought. He really did act that way.
A sudden wave of embarrassment washed over him.
But then he remembered why he had come and dropped his playful grin. "Obito has been making quite a few moves lately!"
Uchiha Yin had no intention of hiding anything about Obito Uchiha.
He might have come from another world, but after spending so long in Konoha, he had grown attached to it.
More importantly, his women were here. Protecting this place was a must.
Sure enough, Hiruzen Sarutobi's annoyed expression turned grave as soon as he heard Uchiha Yin's words.
"What has that brat done now?"
Uchiha Yin opened his mouth to explain, but the thought of going through all the details felt like too much trouble.
Under Hiruzen Sarutobi's watchful gaze, he simply said, "Obito has been reaching out to a new faction. I want Orochimaru to pretend to defect and work undercover afterward!"
Uchiha Yin had put it plainly, but Hiruzen Sarutobi froze for a moment when he heard it.
As Konoha's Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi had assigned plenty of missions. He knew full well how difficult an undercover mission could be.
