Chapter Summaries

The Third Raikage was surrounded by Ōnoki and more than ten thousand Iwagakure ninja, who claimed to want a partnership. Realizing Ōnoki needed something from him but was using the ambush to gain leverage, the Raikage held back and waited for his proposal.
