The central stage, as its name suggested, stood at the heart of the Amusement Park. It hosted performances every evening, from circus acts from the East to traditional musicals. Tonight, a major superhero guest would take the stage for a magic show.

As times changed, Psychic Powers had replaced traditional magic in the entertainment world, at least in the Federation. People had grown used to having Espers among them. Compared with tricks that relied on props and sleight of hand, genuine displays of Psychic Powers were far better at drawing a crowd.

To ordinary people, Psychic Powers seemed like magic. That was why such performances were generally called magic shows.

Fubuki and her companions followed the surging crowd to the central stage. After a quick ticket check, they filed into the venue.

The venue could hold five or six thousand people, an impressive size for a stage inside the Amusement Park. With a major guest performing tonight, it was already packed.

Fubuki looked up. An endless Starry Sky stretched above the venue. Its dome could open and close automatically, and because the weather was clear and the midmonth moon shone brightly, it had been left open.
