Annan left the Castle alone, leaving the Crimson Princess with the Queen.
He sent Lucy and Eileen inside to attend to them, then took Dracula to deal with the False Stuart Family.
The vampires of the False Stuart Family were locked in the Dungeon. Annan opened a Portal to the Grand Cemetery and sent the Undying to the Crimson Castle to establish an anchor point. Then he ended his commission with the Blue Dragon Group.
It was the Scarlet Queen's idea. With the Blood Council looming over them, they could not take meaningful revenge on Grand Duke Borodia. Only the False Stuart Family could be treated as an internal family dispute, allowing them to storm in and kill... So they would have to lie low for a while.
That was nothing like the Scarlet Queen's old, flamboyant self. Their enemies would surely guess that, even though she had awakened, she had paid a price.
Annan's Innate Spell had frightened plenty of vampires. Many old friends and enemies would soon come calling. Some would come to show goodwill, but more would come to test them.
Besides, the Scarlet Queen had to pretend for now that she knew nothing of her other two enemies and focus solely on Grand Duke Borodia.
If Grand Duke Borodia caused them trouble, they would cause him trouble. If their other enemies caused them trouble, they would still cause Grand Duke Borodia trouble.
Meanwhile, as soon as the anchor point reached the Crimson Castle, Annan opened a Portal and brought the Crimson Princess's Blood Thralls, subordinates, and vassal villages back to the Stuart Family.
The Stuart Family's Castle was in ruins. Thrilled to be back on their ancestral grounds, the servants threw themselves into cleaning it.
