Gar watched Luoxi grimace as he helped Femi out of his plate armor, then asked in his deep voice.
"Phew... it's over," Luoxi said.
"It's over! It's over! It's over!" the goblin bounced around beside them.
"Go make noise somewhere else, you green bean sprout!" Gar waved his battle axe to drive the goblin off, then went on. "Gar spent days getting ready just to walk down a street?"
"Think of it as, um... how your tribe celebrates after defeating an enemy," Luoxi explained.
"Gar understands. You humans are boring."
"How do you orcs celebrate? Barbecue and meat?" Luoxi asked curiously.
"We wrestle by the bonfire, roast meat, and get picked by the women to make babies," Gar said gruffly.
"That does sound more eventful than ours..."
"You did well, fine young men." Lerick, the one-eyed instructor, walked over. "You stole the show from the Blackwatch and the Bluegold Guard. Any idea how many noblewomen out there are eager to get their hands on you?"

"They'd form a line from the mountaintop to the foot of the mountain!"
The cavalrymen around them burst out laughing. That was exactly what these energetic young men liked to hear.
"All right, change into your regular clothes. The Imperial Ceremonial Affairs Department will put on a banquet later." Lerick looked at Gar. "As for you..."
