Jiang Xueyao gathered the monsters with Heaven and Earth in the Sleeve, and Xu Yuan "ate" them.
Now only one river remained in this heaven.

Countless stars floated above its surface, while the river itself had become a vast vortex that swallowed everything.
Standing on its bank, they could faintly hear endless battle cries, screams, and the roar of Mystic Arts.
It was as though the battle in which Dimensional Ascension had failed had never ended.
The Azure Cloud Heavenly Palace stopped beside the river and went no farther.
"It wasn't like this before... From the looks of it, I'm afraid we can't cross."
Li Bai's expression was grave.
"Can't we fly over the vortex?" Jiang Xueyao asked.
"Above the Heavenly River lies Weak Emptiness. Nothing can fly there. To reach a higher Heavenly Realm, you have to cross on the river itself," Li Bai said.
"But that vortex is enormous, and there's clearly something wrong inside it. If we don't want to die, we'd better find another way," Xu Yuan said.
Before he finished speaking,
a five-colored Primordial Divine Light soared out of the vortex. Several breaths later, it fell back in and vanished.
