You've Been Duped

Gao Jingchuan felt like the universe had just screwed him over.

Shen Bing had spent less than two minutes scanning nearly a thousand pages of technical documentation, then started acting as an expert, directing the unloading of the equipment.

Although he looked convincing enough, the thought that he had known absolutely nothing just a few minutes earlier made Gao Jingchuan want to slam his head into a wall.

Half an hour later, Gao Jingchuan was utterly dumbfounded.

Once the equipment was unloaded, installation and setup began, still under Shen Bing's direction. Occasionally, the guy even stepped in himself.

The hardest fucking thing to accept was that his operations actually seemed to be correct.

Gao Jingchuan felt as though his intelligence had been thoroughly insulted.

It wasn't that he believed Shen Bing possessed a phenomenal intellect and had genuinely read and mastered all that technical documentation in a few minutes. Rather, he felt certain that the bastard had been making a monkey out of him.

The guy must have studied chip fabrication equipment and its associated processes beforehand.

After the equipment was unloaded, it only underwent some basic assembly. No further calibration or anything else was done.

It wasn't that Shen Bing didn't want to do it. He simply had no intention of using this equipment to produce the chips he wanted. That could wait until Lu Xian had modified it.

It would be even better if the equipment could be rebuilt.

At noon, Shen Bing treated Gao Jingchuan to a meal at a Hotel in downtown Rongcheng City. The soldiers who had delivered the equipment also got to enjoy some upscale dining.
