Shen Bing was not quite so optimistic.
At least in the short term, Gold Island had little chance of drawing in talent from around the world. Apart from Huaxia, other countries would inevitably put up some obstacles.
Still, that would only be temporary. Once Huaxia and the other countries completed the reforms establishing the Earth Federation, the problem would cease to exist.
Difu fell silent for a few seconds, then asked, "Boss, construction of Gold Island's basic infrastructure is now essentially complete, and the production lines in all the factory zones have been installed. Difu immediately agreed.
Based on Shen Bing's instructions, doubling the area would increase Gold Island's total usable space to four times its current size. It was a massive undertaking by any measure.
After all, Gold Island already covered ten square kilometers, with a total floor area of several hundred square kilometers. With that now increasing fourfold, it would be comparable not merely to Rongcheng, but even to megacities like Kyoto.
Of course, the comparison was not quite that simple. Gold Island had its own advantages, and cities had their own characteristics. The two could not be lumped together.
Right now, Shen Bing was thinking about how to fill all of Gold Island.
