Once their initial surprise passed, the three exchanged bewildered looks. The scene around them left them lost and flustered. A moment ago, they had been amid layer upon layer of yellow sand; in the blink of an eye, they stood in an oasis filled with birdsong and flowers!
As far as they could see, boundless land stretched beneath a jade-blue sky. Peaks floated overhead, cities dotted the ground like stars on a chessboard, and vast fields and forests spread out below. It was larger than the biggest oasis they had ever seen in the Vast Sea, and far more prosperous than the Qingwei Secret Realm!
