The Great Compassionate Boundless Merit Seal was one of the foundational techniques of the Buddhist School's Merit School.
From this technique, hundreds of others could be derived. Indeed, every school of Buddhist magic could trace its techniques back to this foundation. Even techniques from many other sects could be derived from the Great Compassionate Boundless Merit Seal, so long as they leaned toward Goodness.
Well, all you needed was enough Wisdom, a great deal of effort, and finally, just a tiny spark of inspiration... That was all.
