(Updates really have been slow lately. I feel terrible about letting down everyone who's supported me all this time, so here's a big chapter today...)
Terlero reached into the void and drew the Sacred Water Droplet into his hand, where it hovered, insubstantial, above his palm. Luo Qian could already sense the abundant, exceptionally pure energy within it. It looked like another fine water-element material.
Each Fourth-Rank World was a vast, untapped treasure vault. After traveling through all three, Luo Qian had found plenty of good things. As he had with Glenn, he used threats and inducements to make the three agree to return to their worlds and gather materials for him. If an ox wouldn't drink, he would force its head down. Boss Luo had no shortage of tricks like that.
Luo Qian collected some Sacred Water Droplets from Magma World, Combustible Gas from Gas World, and Ice Crystal from Cold Earth World. He would take them back to Master Basmo for appraisal and see what uses they might have. He tossed the three poor fellows back into their respective worlds, then returned to the Mortal Realm well satisfied.
When Luo Qian emerged from the room, Milona was astonished to find that the three people from before had vanished. She and Selby were both deeply impressed: he had "purified" the Heretics without so much as a stir. While inside, Luo Qian had searched again through the Eye of God, but there seemed to be few cultivators from lower-rank worlds here. He found only two, which turned his thoughts toward Homer World. That world stood on equal footing with the Mortal Realm; perhaps it held more cultivators from Fourth-Rank Worlds.
